Frustrating Leeds

Back to the usual tricks it seems, respectable draws against high fliers & losing to teams destined for a place in lower reaches of English Football. Last year was the same story , failed to beat any of the bottom 5 teams i think it was. If we are sertious bout winning promotion we shopuld be winning these games rather than calling them off -days [there have been quite a lot of them already this season]. Considering we've spent a lot of money, Blackwell should not be making lame excuses when it's only Steve Stone who'se been the one who'se had a major injury tyhough i still can't figure how someone can be out for such a long period while jogging in training. Liam Miller should be a decent signing i feel, was a class act before he joined Scumchester United, should fill the void & provide the creativity we desperately lack.
So hoping for a win against Preston

future looks rosy

A silent revolution is brewing at Thorpe Arch it seems. A new breed of youngsters are emerging who some believe are the best since the FA Youth Cup winning side from a few years ago. Gavin Rothery looks the most promising of them all. An attacking midfielder whose goal scoring exploits at the u18 & Reserve team level are outstanding to say the least. Ben Parker is probably the most famous . Has been a regular with all England under age teams though has started playing upfront in a 4-33 formation for the Leeds u18's. First team appearances would be hard to come by what with Harding, Crainey, Pugh & Killgallon who's been played in that position. Robert Bayly, an Irish u18 player has done well whenever played in Central midfielder for the Reserves
Tomi Ameobi has a famous name- yep. He happens to be Shola Ameobi's kid brother & also happens to be a striker. Simon Madden another young Right Back to look out for, though it remains to be seen wether Kevin Smith & Jonathan Howson can make the step up coz they havent set the Reserve League alight
All in all the future looks bright & we may get some silverware this season

Season to Start in a few minutes

the season is bout to start in a few minutes but i for once am not excited bout our chances, i must be 1 of the very few but i have a few reasons .
all that talk bout improving the squad is a load of shit, i think we've lost 3 players of premiership class, not brilliant but decent nonetheless
Seth Johnson, Aaron Lennon & now Clark Carlisle who was inexplicably sold for a paltry sum of 100k so that Hoofwell could accomodate Gregan at the back
we havent got any pace going forward & certainly not at the back so we'll need more than luck to make it back to the Premiership & with a transfer window this season our squad might just be stretched
Hoofwell's selection policy is crappy to add to our woes so i hope i'm proved wrong

The Manager, The Chairman, His Player & His Agent

MasterBates is a thug & he's just taken over Bleeds United. Trouble begins soon when his cronies fiddle with Gavin Parker & Ben Rothery, two promising players from the academy in the parking lot. Fans are up in arms but money talks & it seems they'll have to put up with a Chairman who makes Village People & Boy George look like MCP's.
Big- Arse Gregan [ not his real name but he likes to be called Georgina] is someone for whom MB has always had a soft spot, he's seen him grow into a fine young man but Gregan rebuffs his advances & MB eventually finds him in a compromising position with Gregan's agent Bernie Man Dick
If this wasnt enough MB realises he has to pay 250k to Gregan's former club as per an agreement, he thus hatches a plan with The Manager Kevin Hoofwell
cant figre out wat happens next
ne suggestions???

Lee Clark

Rumour is he's signed a 1 year deal
